Rules:

1) You cannot banish someone who is already in here.

2) You may banish up to three people per week total.

3) I can refuse a petition of banishment if I feel the subject has been banished too often in a short amount of time. I can petition for anyone's release.

4) You cannot banish me or Vampire Prince.
